lawyer the hypothetical if a president used Seal Team 6 to assassinate a political (not a business) rival.

Fat Donnie's lawyer responded that no prosecution would be possible unless the Prez was impeached and convicted. DOJ lawyer then made the argument that in such a hypothetical, a Prez could then resign prior to impeachment and, under the fat Donnie lawyer argument, escape prosecution altogether.
