was POTUS. Under that lease, the bank occupied space on three floors in Trump Tower, where it maintained a bank branch and about 100 employees.

In 2019, the Trump Organization renegotiated the lease with ICBC. The renegotiated lease significantly reduced the amount of real estate ICBC used, but the bank maintained one floor (not two) for ICBC executive offices.
