Approximately 0.04% of the atmosphere is CO2. Approximately 1/3 of that is anthropogenic, mostly all from fossil fuels. That would mean that 0.0133% of the atmosphere came from fossil fuels, or over ten times what you claim.
But even that is irrelevant. What is relevant is not the absolute percentage, but whether the amount of CO2 added from fossil fuels is sufficient to materially increase global temperatures.
I have no idea if it is or not, but your analysis is silly. Very small amounts of CO2 can have a material effect.
There are plenty of good arguments to make against the climate nuts. It is unnecessary and counterproductive to make stupid ones, as you have.
