After Cook you've got Sam Horn, who you have to assume is staying, otherwise Garcia would have presumably stayed.

The team won't have the typical second year quarterback since he left, leaving you with a true freshman as your third string quarterback. Ideally, we'd have 3 capable QBs on the roster like they did this year. I know there is Tommy Lock, but not sure if he is able to play effectively at his level or not.
