Time for Reid to become the CEO and truly turn over offense to people who move the ball quickly and decisively. No more Mahomes "magic". Call plays and run them with the ball out quick. It will take a couple years, but these teams later today just run SOOOO much more efficiently and crisply. Can't hold the damn ball 7 seconds running around half the time trying to "create magic".
