That sure was a slanted ass report. There is a shortage of qualified officers out there. Very few people have that proper personality needed anymore. They hire whatever they can. It isn't an easy job. Plus the prosecuting attorneys run the communities that they work in and they do what is convenient for them. There is a shortage of qualified people to fill any job in this country.
