Oh man, I was loaded with excitement. Dave Matter telling us all summer how ridiculously great the D was going to be. Going to StL thinking we may shut the Illini out only to get away in a shootout. The OKST game still makes me sick. 4th & 1? C’mon, GP, send a message! We’ll bounce back at Texas. I had to drive all night Friday & fell asleep only to wake up at halftime seeing us getting torched. Not a great way to awaken.
