for 4 seasons Pinkel insisted his offense from Toledo was going to work. Only when the seat got hot after failing to make a bowl game in his 4th season did he and his coaches meet with Urban Meyer to learn his system.

Vermeil was planning to bring back Mike White as OC and Tony Banks as QB but the front office stepped in and hired Martz and gave Martz total control of the offense.

Thus far I see little evidence Gates will adjust. If his 7' players can't make a 3pt shot they go to the bench. With no inside presence on defense they foul constantly while Gates complains to the officials. Francois removed whatever leverage she had.
