Mizzou consistently plays 2-3 more guys than their opponent. There's no way that's helping the team. He needs to figure a max of 9-10 guys in practice and let the rest mop up in blowouts. Guys 9 and 10 might change per game. But you have to commit to giving them 8-10 mins to try to get comfortable. A minute here and couple there does more harm than good. A guy becomes afraid to make a mistake and no one can play that way.
