One of the two were on the floor at all times (probably not exact but close) then the two played together:

Honor not on floor 40 - 29.9 = 11.1 min so:

East alone on floor = 11.1 min

Honor and East both on floor: = 23.4 - 11.1 = 12.3 min

Honor and East both on floor 12.3 min is 30.1% of the time.

This is off by however many minutes neither were on the floor, but I’d guess that wasn’t a lot.
