How about the Palestinian terrorists using rape as a weapon of war? Does that depend on… anything?

Seems pretty black-and-white to me. Why don't you go out on a limb and tell us that something is just wrong. Other than violation of property rights. And since your definition of property rights is not written down, and there could be disputes about property rights seems to me that is very very very contingent upon context.
