there may be some questions about how he left but no coach is going to feel abandoned if it was done right. I know Elarbee didn't coach the bowl, which was odd, but not sure if Odom was okay with it or not.

hell, Odom did the exact same thing last year when he took the UNLV job

and yes, Heupel leaving without a doubt hurt Odom's chances to succeed at Mizzou
