apparent with Haith. It was a little different because Haith had to wait a year on guys (mostly) back then. It offsets the two timelines by a year and Haith didn't see year 4 and the transfers he was expecting to compare to what we'll see with Gates in years 3.

The point, and fact, of the matter is that the best programs are ones that develop talent over 2-3 years and supplement with a limited number of transfers. Teams that play portal roulette every year can win games but they haven't shown the highest levels of success to this point. The teams in the EE and FF last spring were dominated by multi-year players.
