And then it all changed. And for most of the next decade Missouri football simply wasn't the same. Brad Smith made sure we won this game, but the young guys like Martin Rucker, Chase Coffman, Will Franklin, Tony Temple, etc., got so much out of this win that really we were just destined to become what we would become.
This is back before we had High Def TV. Back before YouTube allowed for uploads bigger than 100MB. Back before any of us really knew what it meant to be truly into football. Back before we had even the foggiest idea that in 7 years we'd be in the SEC.
