I met Digger at a ND football tailgate about 10 years ago and reminded him of the time he was late to A DeSmet game and was told at the door that it was at capacity and couldn't come in. After realizing who he was he was promptly let in. He told me he thought he was a ND lock With both their families in the mortuary business and Stipo coming from a Catholic school. Could tell it still kind of stung a little for him.
