the loutards are the other loutards who come out of the woodwork for the sole purpose of defending st louis's honor against other loutards. if it's not carlos rossi rattling your retard cage it's some other loutard thinking the cage has been rattled and then jumping in to prove how proud they are to be a loutard, only to get attacked by their fellow loutards.
