While it's true that no one knows what the future will bring for her, I will say this. I've watched the best travel softball teams in the midwest (and some of the best teams in the country) play for the last four years. This girl was one of the best hitters I have seen. I saw her play a few games this summer (one against my daughter's team) and I was thoroughly impressed and would have guessed she was 18 already based on her physical tools and skills.
