It is unjust to intentionally kill a child because his/her father is a rapist... is a moral opinion rather than a fact.
Do you disagree with that moral opinion? Is it just to kill an innocent child because of a crime his or her father has committed?
As to #2... It is a fact that in studies done regarding pregnancies due to rape, a majority of the mothers who did get pregnant from a rape did NOT want to have their unborn child aborted.
It is also a fact that the vast majority of those who did deliver their children were very happy that they did so, regardless of whether they gave their children up for adoption or raised them themselves. It is also a fact that although a minority of the mothers who got pregnant due to a rape aborted their children, many of them bitterly regretted the decision. Some of their stories were quite heartbreaking. Some related that the nightmare of the actual rape had faded away, but the nightmare of having killed their unborn child was an ongoing nightmare that still haunted them tremendously many years later. Some said that the abortion felt like a violation of their bodies as bad as the rape itself.
#3 May be classified as an opinion, I guess, but it was the informed medical opinion of that gynecologist and every gynecologist that he specifically asked that question over his long career:
"There is no such thing as an abortion to save the life of the mother. As a matter of fact for a while.. several years.. I was very interested in that question in my formative years and I would ask every obstetrician and gynecologist that I met anywhere. And I said have you ever had a case where you had to do something to kill the baby to save the life of the mother."
