He's being charged with violating a law that is one of countless infringements on individual rights that anti-freedom pols put in place to show how much they "care" about public safety.

Normally, you'd be fine with that until one of your own is getting gored.

The tax charges are also a joke. Government must get its cut first or else. That is for every person who gets into the radar of the IRS. What is surprising is he got into their radar. The Club usually is more secure than that.
