Loses 25-22, 25-21, 25-13.
Not even competitive in the third set. That's not a good sign.
Need to regroup and get the W tomorrow and the split. Otherwise going into SEC play on the road against a top 20 Tennessee team could get ugly. And we havnt really played well yet away from the Hearnes Center, with two 3-0 losses to Buffalo and Eastern Illinois, and a 5 set win over Xavier in the last 4 matches.
Question is going to be, with the SEC tougher and deeper than previous years, how much can we improve on consecutive 2 win SEC seasons. I was hoping for us to approach a .500 conference finish. Not so sure about that after the way the non conference season has gone. Been generally downhill since a pretty decent showing against a top 5 Louisville team at home. Sullivan was handed a very tough draw here.
