sinking and firing him when they did was the right call. Never hiring him in the first place would have been a better call.
Drink's trajectory is arguably still TBD, but it's not looking great. The longer he goes without a legitimate QB or at least a viable path toward developing a legitimate QB, the worse it looks.
If we finish this year with 6 or 7 wins we're in no better shape than when Bazelak left, and that wasn't great.
