My question is not around being on the jury or not.
My position is the actions of Chauvin contributed to his death, both before and after he went unconscious. The exact metabolic events in terms of when and where are not know for sure.
He seemed fairly ok when he was sitting on the sidewalk as they did the investigation.
He was stressed in the police car
Chauvin did more actions after getting him out of the car.
He went unconscious while Chauvin was on top of him, and Chauvin did nothing to either stop nor help.
At what point did he either die, or go beyond the point of any resuscitation, I do not know, because no one has access to his metabolic records in real time.
And this was all over a $20 counterfeit bill, which should not lead to one's death.
