Holding someone accountable as a boss is not the same thing as demanding someone be fired because your feelings are hurt or don't like it.

It was a cheesy video that a lot of other schools are going to mock. Who cares.

"good lord, get a grip" is about you melting down about this video. This isn't the first thread you've melted down about it either.
