1. That man is drinking from a Mountain Dew bottle.

2. That man is now washing his face and hands with liquid from said bottle.

3. Most people use water to wash their face/hands

4. Therefore, it’s reasonable to assume there’s water in that bottle since it’s doubtful the man washes himself with a sugary beverage.

Conclusion: man was using an old Mountain Dew bottle as a water carrying device and decided to splash some on his face/hands.
