Country. Your electric bill would be about 2/3 less than it is now. Obama started F-ing with utilities 15 years ago and it has only gotten worse. And no matter how much stupid green stuff these idiots try to pull off it won't make a damn bit of difference because China and India are putting more than enough emissions in the air for the entire world.
