Presidents in the Bay Area would’ve ever voted to join a conference with what they consider JUCOs in ksu, TTech, osu & wvu. Neither would the LA schools or UDub. Even now, I would bet they’d prefer to be more like an Ivy over the option of getting in bed with those schools.
