A conservative and a patriot. I cannot imagine ever voting for a Democrat.
A years ago I did write in a non-candidate for governor of Virginia as the Republican candidate was a career politician, and a hack. I'm done with them, that's why I left the party. I will not support the likes of Chris Christie and others whom I believe are merely liars and self promoters wanting power and prestige.
Trump is an egomaniac, got it. But he has a track record of success, and as a non-career politician, he is not beholden to anyone. I don't have to like him, I don't have to have him over for dinner, I don't have to go to the ball game with him. I just want him controlling the levers of power.
That's why I like Vivek Ramaswamy although he is too young in my opinion, and I think I like DeSantis from Florida. Still learning a lot about him but I like what I've seen so far.
As of today, I would vote enthusiastically for any of those three.
