Clearly Trump deserved to be impeached, and should have been convicted and removed from office the second time. Our country would be so much better off today if that had been done. No serious person disagrees with this. And Mitch McConnell's otherwise sterling legacy will be forever blackened with this massive failure on his part.

As for Biden, if the evidence holds, he should probably get the axe as well. But thus far the evidence is incomplete. If it is all confirmed, then he too should go.

Of course, removing Trump from office was much safer because we had a qualified VP in Mike Pence, who would have been an excellent President. But if Biden goes . . . . well, you know what.
