Mizzou's football record in the Big 12 was 107-66 or 62% rounded up.

In the SEC thus far, 75-61 or 55%

7% decrease in winning percentage average is significant actually. I only did the overall numbers, I'm betting if I did actually conference record minus OOC cupcakes there would be a much higher discrepancy in wins in the former vs the latter.

I get the prestige of saying we are SEC and yeah the money is nice, but as far as football results are concerned it has not been great and it doesn't look all that great going forward either, especially with two more teams who are historically better than us coming into the fray.

Not saying go back, only that your assertion is off the mark.
