The correct statement is "if Brady Cook starts, Drink and the coaching staff think he gives us the best chance to win".

Coaches start the wrong QB regularly at all levels. And Drink is about the last person who is given the benefit of the doubt regarding decision making at that position based on what we've seen every year in his tenure (remember who started the season as our QB in 2020, then continuing to throw out a half legged Bazelak and half armed Cook).
