You then added "but it shouldn't be that way" which I agree with... but it *is*. And btw, the premise of my post was that some men (especially "macho" coaching types) would *prefer* a male boss — the same way women generally prefer (feel more comfortable) working with/for/under a woman. That's quite different than being *unwilling* to work for a person of the opposite sex.
Lastly, it's incredible how the left has intimidated/manipulated reasonable people, like yourself, into pretending real-world issues don't exist. The Chinese have a term for this Western phenomenon — "Baizuo" — which roughly translates to "white liberal clown" (ideologues without real-world concerns).
