but yes he is not getting charged for a document he certainly stole. He is not currently incarcerated awaiting trial (as he should be). His passport was not take (as it should have been). He did not have to put up a bail (as he should have had to -if not incarcerated).

Two tiers- and you psychophants still whine about him being mistreated.
