all by himself. All those types of things he tried to do went no where or where mostly ignored. I'm not placing economic blame on Trump, I just said it wasn't even relevant to the conversation we were having and have repeatedly indicated he doesn't have the intellectual understanding or level of focus necessary to enact any kind of economic policy even if he did have such an intention.
