1) inexplicably they allow the Trump psychophant judge to remain. I rate this as next to zero chance, but its possible.
2) a wildcat or BHobongo gets on the jury. One with no ethics whatsoever. This is possible
3) Trump successfully runs out the clock before the election AND pulls off a 12th amendment steal- in which case
only Fester in his hollow tree will be prepared for what comes next.
