did not have the authority to possess classified documents, as President. He further claims Trump violated the 'equities' of several intelligence agencies. These are all agencies operating within and under the control of the Executive Branch. IOW, under the authority of President Trump. The basis of the indictment isn't just paper thin, it is nonexistent. If he gets a fair minded Judge, this case won't make it past the first day in court.
