Baylor has had some good runs, KSU won last year. Cincinnati and UCF have had some pretty solid teams. I also wouldn't count out OSU and ISU. OU was the big dog in the conference and competed every year for the championship. The other schools are pretty balanced. It's better than the MAC and Mtn West, but still a big step behind Big X, SEC, and ACC. With a 12 team playoff, they should get a team in it most years.
