but did run into issues once congress started to flip. With that being said, there is no guarantee he'd have a majority if he were to win again. It's as if he knows there were parts of his first term that were disastrous, and now he's trying to claim ANY candidate would run into the same problems. If he wants his vision to have a longer lasting impact, then he better have a majority in Congress that is on board with his agenda. Any GOP POTUS would need to get things done via legislation (what a weird concept).
