would allow that extremely rare case of a 10 year old being impregnated by an illegal alien. She was NOT prevented from getting an abortion in Ohio.

The takeaway is that momason did not have her daughter’s rapist arrested and charged in Ohio and attempted to evade his arrest by getting her child an abortion in a different state.
