For those KC-area Mizzou fans who like mocking ST.Louis-area football fans for Kroenke moving the team out of STL, in case none of you were aware,as Mizzou fans,you should have your own reasons for loathing and despising Kroenke.
Think about Phil Knight and the huge amount of $$$ he donated to his Alma Mater's Athletic Department to give Oregon perhaps the best all-around sports facilities and how--as a result--Oregon became a football power(Oregon football sucked for years before Knight donated millions to their program). And he helped the rest of the sports programs there become overall much better too. Same with the late T.Boone Pickens and the millions he contributed to his Alma Mater at OK State.
Kroenke--one of the richest men in the world--with just one signing of a check could do likewise for his Alma Mater Mizzou--ie whatever else the Football program needs to be among the absolute best in the country facilities-wise, a badly-needed new outdoor Track & Field venue, and of course, a badly-needed new Baseball stadium, among other things.
But he won't do it because he's a freaking real-life Ebenezer Scrooge come to life minus the 3 ghosts to visit him and make him a better man.
The man is truly evil; all he cares about is where his ranking is on the Forbes most richest people in The Land list, and how he can continue to climb higher on it. So again, any KC-area Mizzou fans who weren't aware of this, I hope this helped enlighten you.
