I agree and it depends what they call sexual assault. I remember a young wrestling coach that taught History was called in the office with a guidance counselor and an assistant principal and asked about his relationship with this 15 or 16 year old girl. It seems that this girl felt uncomfortable around him when he looked at her or got close to her. I guess that he touched her and she had thrills and chills going through her and didn't know what they were. I imagine she would go home and rub herself off thinking about this teacher. That is sexual harassment.
