No, he swatted Phil Pressey. One of the most blatant fouls you will ever see and the three gutless pieces of shyte wearing stripe shirts that day did not call it. Seth Davis on CBS Sports called them out after the game, basically saying if you don't have the guts to make the proper call, then don't put on a referee's shirt.

If that is called, we win that game and the Big 12 title. No way they were going to allow that to happen.
