Let me tell you that he was not acting in self defense. Did you know that the vast majority of Police departments have made a rear naked choke an illegal technique. This stupid marine like most of them that I have met are, did something that he did not know how to do and therefore is dangerous As soon as he tried he made himself responsible for the safety of a citizen that just so happened to be Scizophrenic.
