As long as he's in jail.

Sorry so many violent criminals are black, but that's kind of the point. 13% of the population is responsible for over 50% of violent crime in this country. When you figure most of the perps are male, that makes about 7%. Then when you figure in only a small subset of that 7% is actually doing the violent criminal acts, a minuscule part of the population is responsible for a disproportionate number of violent crimes in this country.
