At least I can toss the CFL's in the trash (with just a "hint" of toxic mercury in them) and upgrade to LED's.
I really fvcking hated CFL bulbs. Our basement has built-in can lighting. Well, CFL's weren't really made to be in a can light fixture and turns out they burn out faster when used in them.
Plus I hate the slow turn on to get them to full brightness.
Only complaint with LED's is to pay attention to the color temperature on the box. Nothing worse than turning on a light to find its color temp is daylight and not warm white.
