Suggest that someone who encourages and leads a demonstration should pay the bail and legal fees of any and all who get arrested.

I know you didn't say, "any and all" but how would you decide which ones to bail out? And he is an evil rich guy so he can afford it, I guess.

The people who broke windows, and got way out of line in all of this… Should he have paid their bail and legal fees? He is not responsible for the actions of others.

THAT is what you call turning his back on his supporters?
