in place of the General Services Building just east of softball or in place of a couple of the giant parking lots there.
As Mook suggested below, Hinkson Field would also be a decent place but it might be susceptible to flooding down there.
A third option is in Reactor Lot (and then just move that parking lot to where the field currently sits.
That said, I can't see a world where they don't just tear down and rebuild in the current location, but perhaps flip the field so it faces south rather than north, which would keep the cold north wind out of fans' faces (it would also make the place a launching pad on cold days).
