How about less police brutality cases

or other things that are within their control? I've never heard of a police force lose funding for hiring bad cops. Or even being measured.

I hear all the time about number of tickets written in a quota per month to generate revenue, but never hear of any police force losing money as a punishment. Only as a BS political reason instead of actual failure.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
