If you advertise that players are making $$$$ in NIL, then everyone coming in is going to want that (driving their expectations and your costs up) and if you're not willing to pay it, then your ability to recruit is going to go down when they can't be satisfied. Seems like a pretty stupid troll effort, then again, most of them are.
