There will be 6-8 foreign players in the first round and 12-14 overall out of 64 spots. Leaves approx 50 spots for college players unless there is a HS stud that goes.

His evaluations cannot possibly place him in the top 50 eligible players...simply too many programs and too much talent around the country and the world.
