Robin is a good person who cares about her girls, but simply cant find any athletic grinders who want to improve every game. She settles for average talent girls and some who simply cant play at this level. The girls who could play leave the program anyway. This has repeatedly happened the past 5 years. At the end of this season, there is no marked improvement which should alert the AD that Robin has to go. Her system is invisible and shows no changes worth a darn.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
